Cheated inlaws and Type-1 diabetic wife?

In India u are liable for imprisonment under section 498A for cruelty against ur wife...and this section is very vulnerable, u wont be out unless the case is cleared...good thing is that ur wife is living with her parents otherwise ur parents would also been sent to jail by now, if the complaint included him...therefore, best option is apply for anticipatory bail from the concerned court...its a criminal case and unless u r free from it, u cannot get divorce...so dont come to India, ask ur any family friend to mediate with ur in-laws for divorce on mutual consent...if they agree for it, the police complaint will be over and u will get a early divorce... 1 year wait, doesnt count here because it only matters when both of u agreed for mutual consent divorce...moreover, u can get an early divorce without the wait through LOK ADALATs constituted for early settlement of such cases...but first get anticipatory bail...
