What is this song???

Does anyone know the name and artist of this particular song. It tells the story of this guy who I guess runs into an old girlfriend and the end up sitting outside in the car remembering when they were younger and and then it starts to snow or something like that and they have to go their sep. ways but say how nice it was to see each other again. It reminds me of something that be by Steely Dan or Dan Fogelberg or something... Please help, it's driving me nuts
