My sister had a section in december ?

so , my sisters 19 and she had her 2nd baby in december 2010 ( she got a section ) and found out today that she is 7 weeks pregnant so whats going to happen because the doctors said you should wait 3 years to have another baby after a section .. im really worried .. thanks xxxxxxxx
