I really need this title for this book? plaese... im desperate!?

well to start the cover of the book is pink, it has a blonde "lady" on it she looks to be a Liberian (the picture is a cartoon looking picture) its about a lawyer who is helping a co worker with relationship problems and the problem went to court and the co worker loses and the main character (lawyer) witnesses the coworker killing herself by jumping off the building, the lawyer goes into shock and her parents bring her home to texas from georgia (where she lives and worked) while in texas she meets people from her past including the Liberian who soon dies while shes there and leaves the lawyer her library but, its not just a library for humans its also a library for ghosts, she also falls in love with a guy in the process and decided to stay in texas with her family, boyfriend and the library. ..................please please help me... ive been searching for this book for months and i just cant put my finger on the title. i really fell in love wit this book and it would mean a whole lot to me if you can help me find it (: thanks for your support - Jenn
