Do you have to be Korean, or of asian descent, to audition and become a trainee for SM, JYP, and YG?

I am part African American, Puerto Rican, German, and Caucasian.I am 14 now, 15 in Korean years. I was thinking of auditioning for SM (or any other Korean entertainment company) next year. I think I have a great voice and very strong vocals. I have good dancing skills because of dancing lessons. I have been obsessed with EVERYTHING KOREA for 4 years. I love Kpop music so much that it is the practically the only music I listen to,,(not really, but mostly) I know I have the determination, patience and I would do anything, even surgery(SM). And if anyone has done an audition for one of these companies, could you give me some advice and how the audition takes place. Like are you in a room with a bunch of other ppl while showing the judges your talent? Or do you perform in front of the judges alone? Do they tell you if you make it or not over the phone? And anything else you know about the audition process. Thanx!!!
