Is it wrong to love the smell of discharge?

My mom works in the discharge section of the hospital...you know where patients check out. I often have to wait there for her to finish work and I love the smell of the place. Normally people say they hate the smell of hospitals but I think they smell clean and hygienic. Is that normal?
