don't worry about an interview. usually believe it or not. you are allowed to interview with an alumni in the area you live. the interview doesn't actually get you into the school. it just answers any questions you have about the university. like most schools will send you information. but if you don't get enough you can interview one of them. however, you are asking the questions. they will answer the best they can. So i recommend not interviewing, but if you want to. call the admissions office and ask them if you can schedule an acceptance interview. though, in boston i do not believe they actually do this at any of the schools in the area. sorry.

Should I layer my hair?

I have really curly, thick hair that poofs out like and afro if it's completely curly. I've gotten it chemically straightened in the past so it has about 3 month's worth of curly hair growth, while the majority is straight, so it's not too bad to handle. However, I'd like to layer it, but I'm not sure if this is a good idea since I've never done it before. Compounding the problem is that I need to pull it back into a bun pretty much very single day. Der Untergang is an amazing film?

I just got done watching th movie "Der Untergang" (Downfall). I was just captivated by the movie it was such a emotional rollecoaster. Since the film is from the german perspective it was quite interesting to see how the third reich was collapsing minute by minute. Bruno Gaz not only played the part of Hitler dead on. He embodied the character. I felt like I was watching the real thing. The movie had so much suspense with people blowing their brains out every couple of minutes it was intense. I was feeling not sorry for Hitler but sorry for all those who were fighting a lost battle believing in their furher. I was saddened to see people being killed while Hitler was just hiding in his bunker like a scared little bunny. I really enjoyed the gradual decline of Hitler's sanity he was moving invisible armies,and blaming everyone around him for his own stupidity. His mistress eva braun was played really well by Juliane Kohler. It amazes me how a man can call everyone around him cowards well he is the one hiding in a bunker. While what's left of his army and citizens are fighting a far superior force. Can anyone give me any more details of the battle of Berlin I would like to know more about the start of the battle and the end of it. : D

Which tank is better?

Husband wants to go to bachelor party?

My husband was invited to a bachelor party for a co-worker whom he's not even good friends with. That's okay. But, he is insistent on going just because his co-workers are and he doesn't want to be the guy who "didn't go". Because this is for a guy he hardly knows, I see it as a way to get out of the house, leave me at home with the baby and he gets a free fun night out. Now if its a party for a good friend, I completely understand and have no reservations. one day i want to work for a federal law enforcement branch such as the FBI or US Marshals. My dad is a US Marshal and majored in accounting. I dont think id be interested in that though. I was wondering if a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Computer Science would be something a federal agency would look for or prefer. Why is the on/off/auto switch on both my phonographs locked?

I pulled out my old albums from storage along with 2 phonographs; one bought in the 70's, one in the 80's. They are basically alike. There is a switch that, when the record player is not in use is set on "off" that you normally move to "on" and then "auto" when you want the needle to put itself on the record automatically. That same switch on both record players seems like its locked on the "off" position. There must be some trick that I'm forgetting that will disengage it.

Wax Begonias and Colorful Foliage?

Hi. I just bought some Wax Begonias a little over a week ago. When I bought them, they were a beautiful and full, really full. The flowers were overall at their greatest it seemed, and the leaves were to say the least green. Now that I've brought them home, hung them on the patio, they aren't as lush and pretty. I put MiracleGro in them once a week, watered every other day. I checked the soil and it's certainly moist. We reside in Chicago. Right now, it's humid and hot (85 degrees) for the most part. I don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions for the Begonias? They aren't dead, they just don't look as full and beautiful. The colorful foliage (don't know the name, just saw the plant and my husband bought it)...well, they are just green leaves with fuschia tops on them. Green on the outside and fuschia in the middle. They are certainly drooping. I'm thinking that I should bring that plant in. Help, I don't want to lose my babies!!

I think what that is called in layman's term is muscle confusion, which allows you to get quicker results because you don't allow the body to get used to what you are doing. If I had a choice between being lean or being bulky, I choose lean. I have always preferred a lean cut man versus the bulky wrestler type. Help with internet connection?

I have comcast high-speed set up, along with wireless using a linksys wireless n dual band router. The comcast high-speed as you may know runs through a modem. The modem is wired in my downstairs basement, up to the modem at the computer. This is where my problem comes in. I have an addition on my house and the wireless doesnt quite reach up there (walls, doors, stairs etc.) so i have been trying to think of a way to get good internet up there. I have tried adding a wireless repeater (worked like crap). So i am out of ideas. An access point would require plugging into a data drop which i do not have up here. Im not sure if there is an easy way to do this without alot of wiring. Please let me know of any ideas you may have. Can I maybe add another modem? I do have an rj-11 plug up here so that is possible if it would work. Thanks!

My daughter (10 yrs old) has been experiencing problems at school with her friend. Over the past few weeks her friend has been pushing her around and then refusing to talk to her and if my daughter is playing with somebody else she then pushes her out of the way. I told my daughter to tell a teacher but she said that she did not feel she could speak to them. I then told her to ask her friend why she was being like this and to try and talk it out with her. Anyway this went on for a couple of weeks and this week her friend once again pushed her so my daughter retaliated and pushed her back. I told her this was wrong and said that she should have just walked away. Anyway the girl went home to her mother and said that she felt very threatened and frightened by my daughter. OK lets be real. Odviously they need 1350+ SAT scores for admission. That is a fact. The GPA, odviously 3.5+, usually 3.9+. SAT II scores odviously have to be high. They use these to see if you would be gifted enough to do well in their school. They don't want kids failing out of their cles, and likewise have a reputation to maintain. In terms of the Carnagy Hall kid, he is an example of someone who either wrote a terrible essay or didn't fit the scores. I found 3 robin eggs and when I candled them I could see blood vessels and veins and could see a dark red spot inside one of them that could be a heart .I have put them in a basket with hamster fluff to swaddle them and a heat dish on low to try and incubate them.With two of them you can see yolk floats to the top when you turn it but the one with the heart no yolk does not float to the top.

Whats wrong with my transmission?

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon sxt automatic transmission with 95,000 miles on it. Recently while driving it, it wants to bog down and not go anywhere and when i turn i hear a kinda metal popping sound. Well i had my friends dad drive it and it drove fine when he put it 3 and 1 on the gear selecter. and it would shift through all of the gears when he put it in 1 and 3. but as soon as he put it in drive it would start bogging down again and not accelerate anywhere. College cles are what matter to become a doctor. Try to get an internship at a hospital or doctors office or join a program where they teach you basic skills.
