Need help tweaking my weight training?
It sounds like you are switching things up during the week. I think what that is called in layman's term is muscle confusion, which allows you to get quicker results because you don't allow the body to get used to what you are doing. If I had a choice between being lean or being bulky, I choose lean. I have always preferred a lean cut man versus the bulky wrestler type. I know you've probably heard about this program already but it seems it works. I read the testimonial page and there are 550 comments on the product so you can get a good idea if it works or not. It sounds like this program may have some more steps for you to add to your program that will get you to where you want to be.
