How Do I Get A Promotion As Living Legend in The Sim's Bustin Out Game?

I don't know which people I should be friends with and I've already gone to work with full green bars and still haven't got a promotion as living legend. Would I have to make friends with the people at tonie's gym in order to get a promotion for that? Please I need help!!!
