Would you accept this trade?

I would hesitate to accept and here's why: First I do like Verlander a bit over Hudson but I like Dunn's production a lot more over Rowand this year. If Rowand was still a Phillie I'd say go for it but in San Fran with that weak lineup around him #1 and a pitcher-friendly park to go with it I really think his production is going to be reduced this year.
