Guys: Do you use your zipper and your fly?

Some of my friends and I were hanging out and we started to discuss zippers. Found out that I'm the only one of my friends who un-zips his pants to go pee. Most of my friends say that they un-on or un-snap and then pull their ***** over the waistband of their boxers. I use the fly that's provided...cuz that's what it was made for! My friends all made fun of me and told me that's not the way to do it. Okay, then why do they put zippers in jeans and flys in boxers (I'm awair that not all underware have flys anymore)? So, I'm trying to find out what most guys do as a kind of bet.
