I don't know if there's much you can do about the SATs with only a week until you take then again. If the problem really is just that you're a bad test taker then google test taking tips. Stay calm, have a good breakfast, know you can always take the test again once you've done more practice tests. As for the cles keep taking Latin chemistry biology and math cles. College cles are what matter to become a doctor. Try to get an internship at a hospital or doctors office or join a program where they teach you basic skills. There are alot of these programs around I've had a few friends participate in them.
