Unfair zygna poker chips?

my name is Lisa I had 143 million chips in my Zygna poker account and one my poker buddie ( who I don't really know) asked me to give her some chips. I refused, I played further on with her on the same table but i didn't give her chips. that was illegal chips transfer??? my account has been blocked without any warning. Everytime I spend 80 euro to buy 30 million chips,when I lost I went to buy again and again and again Now finally I start winning I'm accused of something like this. This is not about the money. If I lose all chips on the poker table , I can accept it. But this feels like being cheated and robbed. My heart is really hurt.anybody can help me please?
